ABSTRACT
The study was carried out on a locally common cladoceran, Macrothrix spinosa. In present study, the effects of exposure
to predator kairomones on some morphological (body length, carapace length) and life history (clutch size, age at first reproduction)
characters in M. spinosa was investigated. The G. affiniskairomones significantly altered both morphological and life history
characteres of the cladoceran M. spinosa.
